WEINBERG WHERE THE CITY <br />COUNCIL DELETED A CONDITION RECOE~ENDED BY THE PLANNING <br />COMS~ISSION <br /> <br /> 'NHEREAS, heretofore the Planning Commission held a public <br />hearing, after notice, on Variance Application No. 1073, and recom- <br />mended to the City Council that the variance be granted to permit <br />the construction of a two-story, six-unit apartment building with <br />nine parking stalls for off-street parking, and the further condi- <br />tion that the owner dedicate property necessary to provide alley <br />easement of l0 feet between the center line of the existing alleys <br />and the subject property on both the South and the West side of <br />said property, and that the owner improve said alleys to City stand- <br />ards between the center lines thereof and the property line of sub- <br />Ject property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the question <br />of said variance; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council approves <br />the granting of said varim ce to permit a two-story, six-unit apart- <br />ment house on the property known and numbered as 814 North Van Ness <br />Street, Santa Ana, California, a lot 50 feet from North to South, and <br />132.5 feet from East to West, upon all of the conditions hereinabove <br />set forth, excepting only that the owner shall not be required to <br />pave or otherwise improve the easterly half of the alley lying immed- <br />iately west of said property. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th~ d~v~ff ~arch, .1959. <br /> <br /> · O=R == COUNOIL <br /> <br /> <br />
