SECTION 2: The Director of Public Works of the City of Santa Aha is hereby <br />instructed to prepare and post notices to destroy said weeds as required by <br />law, Said notices shall be posted at least five (5) days prior to the time <br />for hearing objections and protests by the City Council of said City, and <br />shall be conspicuously p~sted in fron~ of the property on which, or in <br />front of which such nuisance exists, one notice to each piece or parcel of <br />property in separate ownership of not over fifty (50) feet frontage, or not <br />more than two notices to any piece or parcel of property in separate owner- <br />ship with a frontage of one hundred (100) feet or less. If the frontage of <br />any.piece or parcel of property in separate ownership is greater than 100 <br />feet, notices shall be posted at not mere than one hundred (100) feet in <br />distance apart. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: The City Council does hereby fix the 4t~ day of ~Y__, 19~9 <br />at 7:30 o'clock P.
