WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Cit~ of Santa Aha did, on the l~th day of December, 192J, pass Re~ lution of Intention No. ll~, for the improvement of a portion of West Eighteenth Street, and whereas, on the 1Z~h day of May, 192A, the Superintendent of Streets of said city filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified'in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment was a~proved by the Board of Trustees on the 12th day of May, l~2A. AND ~HEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa A~a has given notice required by law in which notice June 2nd, 1~2~, at the hour of V:50 o'clock P.M. was the Council Chamber of the City Hall where any ~nd all persons interested he~rd. fixed as the time, and of sef~ City ~s the place! in the said work might b~ AND W~REAS, no person aggrieved has filed with the~ Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as required by law, and whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or objections the Board of Trustees of smid city proceeded to hear the same, jections to said assessment it is hereby- RESOLVE~, Santa Aha that all and all of said protests or ob- or t~e work done having been heard by the Board of Trustees of the City of of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby, overruled and denied and the assess- ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superlntendent~be, and he is ~ereby, directed to ~ttach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the s~me in the office of the said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of of Santa Aha, at a regular meeting of said Bosrd held ~nd day of June, lO~, by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees, C.H.
