Assessm¢~nts having since been paid there now remains unpaid the sum of One Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty-one and 91/t00 Dollars ($1,361.91) upon the assessment shown upon said list other than these hereinabove last noted ss baying been paid. Reference is hereby made to Resolution ef Intention 1144 of the Board of Trustees cf the City of Santa Aha, passed December 3rd, 1923, for a complete description of the work herein mentioned. AND WHERF~S, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the Bo~rd of Trustees of the said City of Santa Aha, Callfor~ia, iu the Council Chamber of the City Hall in said city, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.~. of the 16th day of June,~1924, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon t~e security of the un- paid assessments shown on said Street Superintendent's list, and WEEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments bearing interest at the rate of six (~) per cent per anrum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 191~" the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding Ten (10) months from their date. And this Board of to show cause of the unpaid a!l interested persons having appeared before Trustees and having been given full opportunity why bonds should not be issued upon the security assessments shown in said list, and all objec- tions presented having been heard and considered.
