Thousand, ~ree Hundred Seventy-six and 51/100 DolLars <br />($2,376.51) and that no assessments having since been paid <br />there now remains unpaid the sum ct Two Thousand, Three Hun- <br />dred Seventy-six and 51/100 Dollars ($2,376.51) upon the assess- <br />ment shown upon said list other than those hereinabove last <br />noted as having been paid. <br /> <br /> Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention <br />No. 1149, of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa gna, <br />passed ~cember 17th, 1923, for a complete description of the <br />work herein mentioned. <br /> <br /> AND WHEi%EAS, interested persons were notified in <br /> <br />the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trus- <br />tees of the said City of Santa Ana, California, in the Council <br />Chamber of the City Hall in said City, st the hour of 7:30 <br />o'clock P.M. of the ~th day of July, 1924, and show cause why <br />bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid <br />assessments shown on said Street Superintendent's list, and <br /> <br /> WIiEP~EAS, notice was duly given in the manner and <br />form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid <br />assessments bearing interest at the rate of six (6) per cent <br />per annum, will be issued hereunder in the ~mnner provided in <br />the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" the last installment of <br />which bonds shall mature nine (9) years frum the 2nd day of <br />July next succeeding Ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> And all interested persons having appeared before <br />this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity <br />to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu- <br />rity of the unpaid assessments shown in said list, and all <br />objections presented having been heard and considered, <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the board of Trustees does <br />hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why <br />bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid <br />assessments and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, <br />and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, and further, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be <br /> issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said <br /> amount of Two Thousand, Three Hundred Seventy-six and 51/100 <br /> Dollars ($2,376.51) <br /> <br /> The said bonds shall be Ten (10) in number dated <br /> July 7th, 1924, and bear interest at the rate of bix (6) per <br /> cent per annum, and the denomination of sa~ bonds and the <br /> <br />date of the respective <br /> <br />maturities thereof, <br /> <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />SERIES BOND NO.
