The work and improvement is more particularly des- cribed ss follows: That · sanitary sewer ~e constructed in the said portion of Fairlswn Street end Daisy Avenue, together with the necessary appurtenances to said sewer, including two man- holes, one flush tank, and one lamphole, ell of the materials, and at the places where shown on the plans, cross-sections and the specifications hereinafter referred to. PLANS, CROSS-SECTIOI~%, PROFILES AND SPECIF~CATIONS SECTION II. Ail of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, cross-sections and profiles on file in the office cf the City Engineer, end specifications for Assessment District No. 93, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1295 on the Vth day of July, 1924, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. The said plans, cross-sections, profiles and specifications are hereby re- ferred to for a full and detailed description of the said proposed work or improvement. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION III. The said Board of Trustees hereby de- clare and determine, and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF AF~ES~MENT DISTRICT SECTION IV. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of the said Board of Trustees of more than local or ordinary public bene- fit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which dis- tract is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as fol- lows, to-wit:
