Bush <br /> Deputy. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br /> NO. 1180. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF ~IE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARINO THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER <br />T~ PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF NORTH <br />LACY STREET IN SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WORK OR IYPROVE- <br />MENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR 0HDINAP~ PUBLIC BENEFIT; <br />DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITTED BY SAID WORK AND IM- <br />PROVEMENT AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES <br />THEREOF; DETErmINING THf~T BONDS SH~II BE ISSUED TO P~PRESENT <br />SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TI~ AND PLACE FOR <br />HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROV~ENT OR TO THE EX- <br />TENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 and <br />the Improvement Bond Act of 1918, ~nd the amendments to said <br />Acts, do resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience <br />require, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of <br />the City of Santa Aha, C~lifornia, to order, the construction <br />of the following described work and improvement in s~id city, <br /> <br />t o-wit: <br /> <br /> In, on, and alon~ the <br />in said city from curb line to <br /> <br />roadway of North Lacy Street <br />curb line between the North <br /> <br />line of East First Street ~nd the South line of East Fourth <br />Street, and where any Street or alley intereects or termi- <br />nates in the described portion of North Lacy Street, then <br />beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservations <br />to the East and ~est property lines thereof, excepting there- <br />from the intersections of East Second Street and East Third <br />Street with said portion of North Lacy Street, which inter- <br />sections are ~lresdy p~ved to grade. The work and improve- <br />ment is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />~ctlon (a). The regrading of said street to a subgrade six <br />(~) inches below the official ~rade thereof as shown on plans <br />~nd nrofiles, ~nd the Oavln~ of the described portion of North <br />Lacy Street by the construction on s~id sub-grade of a Port- <br />land cement concrete p~vement, six (8) inches in thickness, <br />with belt finish wearing surface and complete to the official <br /> <br /> <br />
