"Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the lest inst~l~ment of which <br />bonds shall mature ulne (9) years from the 2nd d~y of July <br />next succeeding Ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> And all interested persons having appssred before <br />this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity' <br />to s?ow cause why bonds should not be issued upon the securi- <br />ty of the unpaid essessmeuts shown on said list, and all ob- <br />Jections presented having been heard and considered, <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees <br />does hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown <br />why bonds should not be issued upon the security of s~id <br />unpaid assessments and does hereby overrule all objections <br />thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, <br />and further, <br /> <br /> ~BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLI.OWS, that bonds shall be is- <br />sued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said <br /> <br />($4,218.85) Dollars <br /> <br /> The said bonds sh~ll be Ten (10) in number and <br />shall be dated the 28th d~y of January, 1~24, ~nd be~r in- <br />terest at the rate of Six (6) Der cent per annum, and the ' <br />denominations of said bonds ~nd the dates of the respective <br />maturities thereof, shall be ms follows: <br /> <br />beries Bond No. Amount Date of Maturity. <br />A 1 $421.88 July 2nd, 1925 <br />A 2 421.88 July 2nd, 1926 <br />A 3 421.88 July 2nd, 192V <br />A 4 421.88 July 2nd, ].928 <br />A 5 421.88 July 2nd, 1929 <br />A 6 421.89 Ju].y 2nd, 1930 <br />A V 421.89 July 2nd, 19~1 <br />A 8 421.89 July 2nd, 1932 <br />A 9 421.89 Ju~y 2nd, 19Z3 <br />A 10 421.89 July 2r~d, 19~4 <br /> <br /> Total $4,218.85 <br /> <br /> The first coupon of interest shall be for interest <br /> <br />from 19th day of January, ]924, to January 2nd, 1925, and the <br />several coupons thereafter shall each be for the semi-annual <br />interest, and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTtIEH RESOLVED, that the signature of the <br />Treasurer of the said City upon the coupons attached to the <br />said bonds sha~l be lithographed or printed signature in <br />place of a signature by h~nd, ~nd <br /> <br /> BE IT ALSO FURT~TER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of <br />s~id City of S~nta A~ be, ~nd he is hereby authorized mud <br />directed to deliver forthwith the bo~ds hereinmbove enumera- <br />te~ to the contractors, ¥~ells & Bres~ler, in satisfaction of <br /> <br /> <br />
