The Board of Trustees cf tke City of Santa Aha, pur- suant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and'the Improvement Bond ~.ct of 1915, and the amendments to said Acts, do resolve ms follows: SECTION I.- That the public interest ond convenience require, and it is the intention of the Board of 'irustees of the City of Santa -ns,Califorhia, to'order'the construction of the following described work and improvement in said city,to-wit: In, on and along s portion of the roadway of i'.est ~eventeenth ~treet in said city, from the ~est line of North ~{oss Otreet extended mutherly across ~est Seventeenth Street. from the morth, to the ;.est city limits line. The work and improvement is more p~rtlcul~rly de~- cribed as follows: That t?e work to ~e done and improvement to be made is as follows: s.- The regrading of a portion of sa~d street follows: A strip twenty (20) feet wide between the limits a¥ovs stated, being ten (10) feet on each side of the surveyed center line of said ¥~est Seventeenth Street, and the construc- tion of said sub-grade of ~ Portland Cement Concrete p~vement. b.- The grading of sn e~rth shoulder five (5) feet wide on each side of the proposed pavement herein described. c.- The excavation for and the construction of stub end sewers, lateral house connecting sewers and man-holes of the materials and at the places where shown in the plans, ~rofiles, cross-sections, and in the specifications hereafter referred to. Ali of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles cross-sections on f~le in the office of the City Engineer and speclftc~tions for Assessment Dis~rict No. V3, on file tn the office of the City Clerk, w~ich plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by ~so]ution No. llgS ou the 18th day of February, 1924, by the Board of Trustees of the City of banta Aha as the plans, profiles, cross-sections specifications for said work and improvement.
