RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1200. A t~SOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TRE CITY OF ~ANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF WEST HIGH- LAND ~TREET IN SLID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WOK~[ OR ~PEOVE- MENT TO BE OF ~ORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PI~LIC BENEFIT; DECLARING ~E DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITTED BY SAID WORK AND IM~- PROV~3ENT, AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COST AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMININO THAT BONDS S~AI~I. BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COST AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SLID ~0~[ OR IMPROVEMENT OR TO THE EX- TENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED OR BOTH. The Board of ~Trustees of the City of S~nta Aha, pursusnt to the ~rovisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement B6nd Act of 1915, and the amendments to said Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. - That the public interest and conven- ience requires, and it is the Intentio~ of the Board of Trus. tees of the City of Santa Aha, Cslifornia, to order the con- struction of the following described work ~nd improvement in said city, to-wit: In, on and ~long the rosdway of West Highland Stree in s~id city from the West line of Flower Street to the East line of Bristol Street. The work and/Improvement is more particularly des- cribed as follows: Thnt the sforedescribed portion of West Highland Street be graded, paved with Portland cement concrete ~ ve- ment, and have constructed along the ssme cement curb where no such curb now exists, snd the construction of sanitary house connection sewer laterals of the materials and at the place where shown on the plans and cross-sections snd in the specifications hereafter referred to. Excepting from the above described work any of s~Id work ~lready done to grade GU said portion of West Highlsnd Street. PI~NS~ CROSS-SECTIONS.
