upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the s~id City, now upon evidence shown this Bo~rd determines thor the assessments therein men- tioned were then unpaid, the total ~ggreg~te thereof being the sum of Twenty ~i× Thousand, Seven Hundred and Forty-three and 2V/100 ($2G,V4~.2V) Dollars, and that assessment numbers 2, 25, 58 and rS, amounting to Nine Hundred, & Thirty-one 4V/100 ($9~1.4V) Dollars, and also Twenty-two & 50/100 ($22.50) Dollars os partial p~yment on Assessment No. 24 and no others have slr~ce been paid, and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Twenty Five Thousand, Seven ~ndred and Eighty-nine and Z0/100 ($25,~89.g0) Dollars upon the ,ssess- ment shown upon said list other than those herelnabove last noted ~s havin~ been paid. ,. Heference is hereby made to Resolution of Intentio~ No. 954, of the board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, passed February:28th, 1928, for s complete description of th~ work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessment~ filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND W}~REAS, interested persons were notified in the m~nner ~equired by law to a~oear before the Board of Trustees of the said city of Santa Ana, Callfornia, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall in said city, ,t the hour o ~:~0 o'clock P.M. of Monday the 8rd day of March, 1~24, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street ~uperinten~ dent~s list, and WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the m~nner and form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments beer!rig interest st the rate of six (G) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" the last in~t~]lment of which bonds stm ll mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding Ten (10)months from their date. And all interested persons h~ving acne,red, before tbls Bo~rd of Trustees and having been given full opportunit to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu- rity of the unpaid ~ssessments shown on said list, and all objections presented having beam heard and considered, NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said un- paid assessments and does hereby overrule all objectlous therete~ and does hereby direct the and further, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: issued upon issuance of said bonds, That bonds shall be the security of said unpaid assessments to said
