RESOLUTION ORDERING NO.~ 12,12 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Smuts Aha on the 25.t~. day ~ February, 1924, passed its Resolution of Intention-No. 1200, to order the hereinafter described work.to be done and Highland Street in s~id Cit y, No. 1200 was duly and legall~~ improvement made on West which Resolution of Intentioz published twice i~ the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper pub- li~ed ~nd circulated in the City cf Santa Aha, all ~s reT quired ~. law as ap[~ears from the affidavit of Edna E. Herrick~ p~inclp~l clerk of the printers and publiC, ers s~id daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha on the 29th day of February, 1924~, and no~ on file therein; ~d W~_~RFJ~S:, ,after the p~s~age mhd sdoptlon of ssid Re~olution of Intention No..1200,, the Street Superintendant of the City of Smnte Aha conspicuously posted along the line of cOntemplmted work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (J00) feet in distance apart, ~nd 26 in all, notices ~ the pms£age of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOT ICE 0F !MPROVE~.{ENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by ~aw, and the work being chargeable upon a district, ~lso conspicuousl~ posted copies of smid notice along all of the open streets and alleys within such d~strict, not more than three hundred (O00) feet in distance apmrt on each street, and'did post on each street at least J notices, and on ~ll s~id street~ 28 notices; and ¥~MEREAS, the Street Superlntendant of the City ~ Santa An~ com~..e~ced to post the s~id notices on the 5th d~y of March, 19~4, more than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work improve~eot, all ~s a~rears by the ~ffidavit~of ¥~.G.
