~undred Seventy-eight and 62/lOOths ($1,5V8.62) Dollars, and <br />that no assessments have since been paid, end that there now <br />remains unp~ d the sum of One Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy- <br />eight and 82/lOOths ($1,8V8.82) Dollars upon the assessments <br />shown upon said list. <br /> <br /> Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention <br />No. 1300 of the Board of Trustees or,be City of Santa Ana, <br />passed the 14th day of July, 1924, for a complete description <br />of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assess- <br />ments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. <br /> <br /> AND SPIREAS, interested persons were notified in the <br />manner required by law to ennear before the Board of Trustees <br />of the said City of ~anta Ana, California, in the Oouncil 6~ham- <br />bet of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of V:30 o'clock <br />P.M. of Monday, the 2nd day of February, 1925, and show~ause <br />why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid <br />assessments shown on said Street Supertntendent's list; and <br /> <br /> W/tEREA~, notice was duly given in the manner and form <br />required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assess- <br />ments bearing interest at the rate of six (6%)! per cent per <br />annum will be issued hereunder in the manner prov~ed in the <br />"Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of Which <br />bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next <br />succeeding ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> And all interested persons having appeared ~fore this <br />Board of Trustees and having been given full onportunity to <br />show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of <br />the unpaid assessments shown on said list, ~nd all objections <br />presented having been heard and considered; <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, ~hat the Board of Trustees does <br />hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why bonds <br />should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessmemts, <br />and does hereby overrule Ail Objections thereto, mnd does hereby <br />direct the issuance of said bonds, and further <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be issued <br />upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of <br />One Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-eight and 62/lOOths($1,5VS.62) <br />Dollars. <br /> <br /> That said bonds shall be ten (10) in number and shall <br />be dated February 2nd, 1925, and bear interest st the rate ~f <br />six (8%) per cent per annum, and the denomination of said bonds, <br /> <br />and the dates <br />follows: <br /> <br /> SERIES <br /> <br /> R-1 <br /> H-1 <br /> <br />cf the respective maturities thereof shall be as <br /> <br />BOND NO.
