RESOLUTIO_~,~ NO. ~9-104D~CLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br />SET-BACK LINES UNDER THE DESIGNATION OF "FUTUKE RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY LINES" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thePlanning Commission has recommended that set-back <br />lines to be known as "Future Right-of-Way Lines", hereinbelow described, <br />be established; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish such set. back <br />lines under the designation of "Future Right-of-Way Line~; as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Seventeenth Street, from the Santa Ana River to the east <br /> corporate limits, as follows: <br /> <br /> a. On both sides, 52 feet from center line between the <br /> Santa Ana River and College Avenue. <br /> <br /> b. On both sides, 50 feet From center line between College <br /> Avenue and the Saata Aha FreewsF . <br /> <br /> c. On both sides, 52 feet from center line between the <br /> Santa Aha Freeway and the east corporate limits. <br /> <br /> 2. Washington Avenue~ from Flower Street to Grand Avenue, <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> a. On the north side, 30 feet from center line between <br /> Flower a~ d Bush Streets. <br /> <br /> b. On the north side, 35 feet from center line from Bush <br /> Street to the Sa~ ta Ana FreewSF. <br /> <br /> c. On the south side, 40 feet from center line between <br /> Flower a~d Bush Streets'. <br /> <br /> d.
