The Board of Trustees of the City of Sr~nta Anaj California, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Act of 1911, ~nd the Improvement Bond Act of 1915~ and amendments to said Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and ~onvenience require, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa ina, California, to order the construction cf the following described work and improvement, all within the City of Santa Ana~ to-wit: In~ on and~along the roadway of the following described portio~ of street in the City of Santa Ana, to-wit: (a) Louise Street from the Westerly extended North curb line of ~est Eighth Street to the center line of West Seventeenth Street ex- cepting therefrom the intersection of said Louise Street with Washington ~venue and excepting also that portion o~ the intersection of Louise Street with 17th Street which hss already been paved to grade and which is not shown on? the plans hereinafter referred to, to be improved.
