RESOLUTION ORD~RTNG WOrK NO. 1677. WMERFAS, the Bo,rdof Trustees of tbs City of S~ t~ Ana on the 9th day of Aurust, 1928, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 16Vl, to order the hereinafter described work t~ be done and improvement to be made in. on ,nd alon~ a portion of Victoria Drive in said City, which Resolution of Intention No. 1~1 wes ~ duly and legally published twice in tbs Sm ta Aha Daily ~ening Register. a daily newspaper published and circulated in the Ci' of S~ta Ana, all as required by law. as ~ppears from the sffidavit of Edna~L.Herrick, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of said de~ly newspaper, and which affidavit w~s filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Sa~a Ana on the 20th day of August, 1928, and now on fgle therein; ,nd W~t~REAS, after the ~ sssFe and adoption of said Reso- lution of Intention No. 16V1, the Street Superintendent of the Oity of ~te Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work end improvement, at net more then three h~dred (~00) feet in distance eoart, ,nd IA in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention. he.dad NO~IC~ 0~ IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and s~bstance as provided by and the work being chargeable upon a district, also cons~ posted copies of said notice ,long ~11 of the open streets and alleys within s~ch district, not more than three b~ndred ($00) feet 'n distance ~part on each street, and did post on each street at least ~ notices, and on said streets 14 notices; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Sa~a Ana commenced to post said notices on the 26th day of August, 1~26, ~nd fully c omoleted the posting thereof on the 26th day of August, 1926, more than ten days before the day set for hearing proteats or objections to the proposed work ,nd improve ment, all as appears by the affidavit of Nat ~.Neff, Street Superintendent of the City of the Clerk of the said City on now on file therein; .nd WHEREAS, the Board of adjourned duly in regular/session at hour of ?:$0 o~clock S~te Ane, filed in the office d~ the 2Vt~ d~y of August, 1926, end Trustees of the City of S~ta Ana wa t~e Council Ch~ bar thereof st the of Tuesday the Vth d,y of September, 1926, being the day, hour and place n~med in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where ,ny and .ll persons hav'ng any objection to the proposed work or improvement might appear before the B~rd of Trustees end show cause why said proposed improve-merit should not be carried out i accord, rice with s,id Resolution of Intention~ and
