Bush, Deputy. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1616 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANT <br />ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1812, DETERMINING THE <br />AMOUNT OF UNPAID AssESsMENTS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH <br />BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list of <br />unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required <br />by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram recorded on the <br />8th day of December, 192b, for the work and improvement made by <br />Ralph E.
