23O <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 169V. <br /> <br /> A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Aha approving and affirming rules and regulations laid down for the <br />Fire Department under date of July, 1924, known aa Regulations No.26. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the Fire Chief in conjunction with th( <br />Fire Commissioner of the City of Santa Aha has set forth certain rule <br />and regulations for the governing of conduct of employees of the Fire <br />Department of the City of Santa Aha, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain matters under th~se regulations have been <br />reported to the City of Santa Ana, it is hereby resolved by the <br />Board of Trustees, in regular meeting assembled that the said rules <br />be affirmed and approved and that violations of said rules and regu- <br />lations shall be dealt with as the Board of Tx~stees deem advisable. <br /> <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly introduced, passed and <br />approved by the ~oerd of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />C.H. Ve6el~ <br />City Clerk and Ex-Officio 'C'lerk '' <br />of the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK. <br /> No. 1698. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the ~oard of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha <br />on the 26th day-of October, 1926, passed its Resolution of Intention <br />No. 1696, to order the hereinafter described work to be done and im- <br />provement to be made in, on and along a portion of Occidental Street <br />in said City, which Resolution of Intention No. 1696 was duly and <br />legally published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Regieter, a <br />daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, <br />all as required by law, as appears f~om the affidavit of Edna L. <br />Herrick, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of said <br />daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Aha on the 29th day of October, 1926, and <br />now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Resolutio <br />of Intention No. 1898, the Street Superintendent of the C~ty of San <br />Aha conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and <br />improv~ent, at not more than three hundred (500) feet in distence <br /> <br />S <br /> <br /> <br />
