25O RESOLUTION NO. 1713 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEHS OF THE CITY OF sANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREE~ I4PROVE~ENT BONDS PURSUANT TO R~SOLUTION OF IN~ENTION NO. 1656 DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSmeNTS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH' BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUanCE. WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that the warrant, assessment and d~agram recorded on the 16th day of November, 19~8, for the work and improvement made by Steele Finley, under that certain contract awarded to him on the 19th day of July, on Twentieth and Valencia Streets, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Su~r- intendent of said City, together with a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of Santa Aaa, a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Eleven Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty Nine and 9~/100 Dollars, and that assessment numbered 55, aggregating the sum of Thirty- t~ee and ~9/100 dollars ($$~.V9) have since been paid, and thg$ there now remains unpaid the sum of Eleven Thousand, ~e~iHundred Fifty Six and 14/lO0 ($11,756.14) dollars upon '~he assessments shown upon said list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1656, of the Board Santa Aha, passed June 7th, 1926, of the work herein mentio~d, and assessments filed as above noted, of Trustees of the City of for a complete description to the llst of unpaid for the assessments unpaid AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trustees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, .at the hour of ?:30 o~clock P.~i., of ~ionday the 20th day of December, 1926, and s~mw cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superintendent's list; a~nd .~hEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid
