12.0 <br /> <br />Electric Company under that certain contract awarded to them on the <br />l?th day of August, 1925, on North Park Boulevard and other Streets, <br />and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the <br />Street Superintendent of said City, together with a written statemer <br />of all payments received upon the said assessment, and after the ful <br />expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the <br />Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of the <br />skid 6ity of Santa &ua, a complete list of all assessments unpaid <br />upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board de- <br />termines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, thc <br />total aggregate thereof being the sum of Fifteen Thousand, Five Hun- <br />dred Ninety-three and 85/100 ($15,595.85) Dollars, and that assess- <br />ment number 85 aggregating the sum of thirteen ($.15) cents has slnc~ <br />been paid, and that there now remains unpaid the slim of Fifteen <br />Thousand, Five Hundred Ninety-three and 52/100 ($15,595.52) Dollars <br />upon the assessments shown upon said list. <br /> <br /> Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. <br />1528 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, passed the <br />~gth day of June, 1925, for a complete description of the work herein <br />mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above noted <br />for the asessments unpaid <br /> <br /> AND WI~REAS, interested persons were notified in the manner <br /> <br />reeluired by law to <br />City of Santa Aha, <br />Nall of said City, <br /> <br />appear before the Board of Trustees of the said <br />California, in the C~uncil Chamber of the City <br />at the hour of 7:50 o'clock P.M. of M~nday, the <br /> <br />1st day of March, 1926, and show cause why bonds should not be issued <br />upon the security of the unpaid assessments shovm on said Street <br />Superintendent's list; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice wad duly given in the manner and form re- <br />qulred by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments bear- <br />ing interest at the rate of six (6~) per cent per annum will be issue <br />hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond ~ct of 1915 <br />the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from <br />the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> An~ all interested persons having appeared before this <br />Board of Trustees and having been given full ooportunity to show <br />cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid <br />assessments shown on said list, and all objections presented having <br />been heard and considered; <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Bosrd of Trustees does hereby <br />find and determine that no cause has been shown why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the se~urlty of said unpaid assessments, and does <br />hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does herebY direct the <br />issuance of said bonds, and further <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be issued upon <br />the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Fifteen <br /> <br /> <br />
