12,8 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the eaid Board of Trustees herebF rejects <br />all of said proposals or bids except that next herein mentione~, <br />and hereby awards the contract for doing said work anffimprovement <br />to the lowest responsible bidSer, to-wit: Wells & Bressler at the <br />price named in their bid, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The grading to a subgrade and the laying thereon <br />of a Portland Cement Concrete pavement having a thickness of five <br />(5) inches, complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment <br />labor ~nd material for the sum of Fifteen and two-tenths c~nts <br />($0.152) per square foot. <br /> <br /> Item 2. The excavation for and the construction of ceme~ <br />concrete curb, complete with the furnishing of all necessary equip- <br /> <br />ment, labor and material for the sum of Sixty <br />linear foot. <br /> <br /> Item ~. The excavation for an8 the <br /> <br />cents ($0.60) per <br /> <br />construction of cement <br /> <br />labor and material <br />foot. <br /> <br /> Item 4. <br /> <br />concrete sidewalk having a total thickne~a of three and one-half <br />(3~) inches, complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment <br /> <br /> for the sum of Fifteen cents ($0.15) per square <br /> <br /> The excavation for and the construction of cement <br />concrete sidewalks having a total thickness of five (5) inches, com- <br />plete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and ma- <br />terial for the sum of Twenty cents ($0.20) per square foot. <br /> <br /> Item 5.
