RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSmeNT, APFROVING ASSESSNENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. No. 1845 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Cit~ of Santa Ana, did on the 16th day of ~ovember, 1925, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1590, for the const~uctlon of a sanitary sewer on a portion of English Btreet .and west EiShth Street in said City, and whereas on the 18th day of January, 19~6, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum (%~e for the work performed and specifie~ in the contract made under proceedings for the said impr~ ements, whic) aasessn~nt dlaSram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 18th day of January, 192~. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the $ity of Santa Ana has given notice ~equired b~ law in which notice April 19th, 19~6, at the hour Of ?:30 o~clock P.M. was fixed a~ the time, and the Council Chamber of the Gity Hall of maid City as the place where any and all persons ~n- ~s~,s%~ in the said wor~ might be heard; and whereas, no person aggr~e h~s filed with the Board of Trustees a w~itten objection to said asses~ men~ as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing pro- tests or objections, the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assess- ment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby: RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that all of thesaid protests or objections ~Eainst said assessment, or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby, overruled and denied, and the assessment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets.
