That the public interest and convenience re$~ire al~d it is tl~e intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ans, California, to order the construction of the following ~escrfbed work and fmprovement~ all within said City to-wit: In, on and along the roadways of the following described per tions of streets in the said City, to-wit: (a) Pomona Street from curb li~e to curb line between the East line of ~ain Street and the West llne of Maple Alley. (b) Berkeley Street from curb line to curb line between the East llne of l~ain Street and the West llne of Maple Alley. (c) Orange Avenue fro~ the South llne of Pomona Street to the North line of Berkeley Street ~nd from the South lihe of Berkeley Street to t~e South City limits. Where any driveway is sho~ma on the plans to be impr~ ed and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in any of the stove 5escrfbed portions of improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservation~ to the property lines thereo~ The work ~,n~t i~?rovement is :~,ore particularly described as Follows: 1. That all of the above named streets in the City of Santa Ann, and the portions thereof hereinbefore described, be graded, paved with a Portland cement eoncrete ~ vement and have constructed along th~ same cement concrete curbs and sidewalks and driveways where the same do not now exist or where plans to be repaired and That a sanitary repairs are required all as is shown on the constructed. sewer be constructed along a portion of ~afd street and avenue and that concrete manholes and concrete flush tanks be constructed at the places and of the materials set forth in the plans ~d specifications.
