Notice is hereby given that on ~onday the 1Vth day of May, 1928, at 7:30 o'cloc$ P.~L in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ann, any and all persons hav~ng any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the sai5 Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed f~provement shcudl not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improvement or the assessment district, or both, should file with the City Clerk prior to the date hereln:~set forth a written protest. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTI~ VII. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register a daily newspaper, published and c Irculated, and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, is hereby designated as the newspape~ in which this Resolution of Intention shall be pucltshed, and tl~e City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to o~mers or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING NOTICES OF IMPROVE~.~NT. SECTION ~III. The Street Superintendent of the said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or im- provement, an5 along ali the open streets an~ alleys within the herein- before described as'sessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law.
