<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK
<br />
<br /> No. 1649.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha or
<br /> the 2Sth day of April, 1928, passed its Resolution of Intention No.
<br /> 1647, to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improve.
<br /> merit to be made in, on and along a portion of Pomona Street, Berkele
<br /> Street and Grange Avenue in said City which Resolution of Intention
<br /> No. 1647 was duly and legally published twice in the Santa Aha Daily
<br /> Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the
<br /> City of Santa Aha, all as required by law, as appears from the affi-
<br /> davit of Edna L. Herrick, principal clerk of the printers and pub-
<br /> lishers of said daily newspaper~ and which affidavit was filed in
<br /> the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha on the 28th of Apri
<br /> 1926, and now on file there~n; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution
<br />of Intention No. 184V, the Street Superintendent of the City of San~
<br />Aha conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and
<br />improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance
<br />apart, and 51 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of
<br />Intention, headed NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and substam¢
<br />as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district,
<br />also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the
<br />open streets and alleys within such district, not more than three
<br />hundred (~00) feet in distance apart on each street, and did post on
<br />each street at least 5 notices, and on said streets ~1 notices; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa
<br />Aha commenced to post said notice on the §th day of May, 1926, and
<br />fully completed the posting thereof on the 5th day of May, 1925,
<br />more than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or objec-
<br />tions to the p~oposed work and iSprovement, all as appears by the
<br />affidavit of Nat H. Neff, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa
<br />Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 6th day
<br />of May, 1926, and now on file therein, and
