DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. SECTION V. That the contemplated work and improvement herein- before mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board,of Trustees of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and des- cribed as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ara, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the surveyed center line of West Seven. teenth Street 143.44 feet East of the East line of North Bristol Street; thence South parallel to North Bristol Street to an intersection with the North line of Washington Avenue; thence South across Washington Ave- nue to the Northeast co~ner of Lot 19, Block B, of Hedges Addition, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 31, Page 48, Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence South along the East llne of Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the said Block B, and a continuation of said line parallel to North Bristol Street to an.~i~tersection with the sur- veyed center line of West Eighth Street; thence East along the surveyed center line of West Eighth Street to a point 316.64 feet ~ast of the Northerly extended East llne of North Bristol Street; thence South paral. lel to North Bristol Street to an intersection with the North line of West Sixth Street; thence South across West Sixth Street to an intersec- tion with the South line of Lot ~l of Tract No. A~, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book l~, Page la, Records of Orange Count California, said South line of Lot 31 being also the North line of Nest Fifth Street; thence West along the South line of Lots 31, 30, 29 and 28 of said Tract No. ~74 and along the South llne of Lots 7, 8 and 5 of Tract No. 2~1 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 14, Page 9, Records of Orange County, California; thence West along the con- tinuation of said line across North Bristol Street to a point on the North line of West Fifth Street 25A feet West of the West line of North Bristol Street; thence North parallel to North Bristol Street to an in- tersection with the surveyed center line of West Seventeenth Street; thence East along the surveyed center line of West Seventeenth Street to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING. SECTION VI. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the ~th day of August, 1926, at ~:30 o~clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ara, any an~ all persons having any ob- Jection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improvement or the assessment district, oz~h, should file with the City Clerk prior to the date herein set forth a written protest. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION. SECTION VII. The Santa Ara Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the Cit of Santa Ara is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolu- tion of ~ntention shall be published, and the City Clerk of s aid City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in s aid newspaper, in the manner and form required by law The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not re~ired to mail the same.
