~AS, notice was duly given, in the manner and form <br />required by law, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments <br />bearin~ interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be <br />issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Ac' <br />of 1918", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) <br />years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten months from the~ <br />date, and all interested persons having appeared befo~ this Board <br />of Trustees and having been given full opportunity to show cause wh <br />bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessmen~ <br />shown on said list, and all objections presented having been heard <br />and considered; <br /> <br /> IT IS THEREFORE NO'~ BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, DETERMINED, RESOLVED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That no cause has been shown why bonds should not be <br />issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments, and does hereby <br />overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance <br />of said bonds, and further <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: Thst bonds shall be issued <br />upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of <br />Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-two and V4/lO0 Dollars <br />($11,892.V4). <br /> <br /> That said bonds shall be twenty (20) in number and shall <br />be da~ed June 20, 1927, and bear interest at the rate of six per <br />cent per annum, and the denomination of said bonds, and the date of <br />respective maturities thereof shall be as follows: <br /> <br />..
