394 RESOLUTION ~I)0PTING PLANS AND SPECIFI~ATI0~.Io N0. 1780 RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be E~de in the City of Santa Aha upon and alon~ those open public streets in said City cow, only known as Custer Street from the South line of Stafford Street to the South line of East 17ashtngton Avenue: Custer Street from the North line of East Washington Avenue to the North line of Smith's Subdivision extended West- erly across Custer Street~ a portlon~of Logan Street from a line ten (10) feet North of and parallel to the North llne of ~uit Street to the South line of East Washington Avenue: and a portion of Stafford Street from the Northwesterly extended Southwesterly line of Block 57 Santa Aha East, to the ~'est line of Lincoln Avenue. Said work being ~riefly described as follows: The grading and paving of the described portion of Custer Street, Logan Street and Stafford Street, with Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, the installation of curbs and house connecting sewer laterals, also manholes and cement driveways. All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. t45 for t~e improvement of the abov~ described streets, and submitted this 5th day of July, 1927, be and the same are hereby adopted, os and for the plans and specifications for doing said work. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution w~s duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aus, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of July, 1927, by the following vote, (SEAL). to-wit: AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.l{cBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, Stanley E.
