RESOLUTION AEOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 1V85 RESOLVED, ins work to be done Ana, upon and along that the plans and specifications for the follow- and improvement to be made in the City of Santa those open public streets in said City commonly known as Custer Street, from the South line of Stafford Street to the South line of East Washington Avenue; Custer Street from the North line of East Washington Avenue to the North line of Smithts Subdivision extended ~esterly across Custer Street; a portion of Logan Street from a line ten feet ~orth of and parallel to the North line of Fruit Street to the South line of East Washington Avenues Logan Street from the North line of East 2'ashington Avenue to the North line of Smithts Subdivision and a portion of Stafford Street from the Northwesterly extended southwesterly li~e of Block 5V, Ssnt~ Ana East to the West line of Lincoln Avenue as follows: The grading and paving of the described portion of Custer Street, Logan Street, and Stafford Street with Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, the installation of main sewer and house connecting sewer laterals, concrete manholes, concrete man~ole with hmnd flusher on Custer Street and Logan Street, also the construction of curbs and sidewalks and cement driveways. All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District 143 for the improvement of the above described streets and submitted this 18th day of July, 192V, be and the same ar hereby adopted, as and for the plans and specifications for doing work. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the Boa rd of Trustees of the City of Santa Aua, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of July, 192~, by the following vote, to-wit: ATES, NOES, ABSENT, TRUiTEES: J.L.McBride, '.J.Kelly, %~.G.Knox, Stanley E.
