IN THE ~iATTER OF THE ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. · RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1788 The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the "Acquisition an~ Im[ Act of 1928" do resolve as follows: Section 1.~ That the public interest and necessity require, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the following ac$isitions for North Sycamore Street in the City of Santa Ana, to-wit: All of a strip of land 60 feet in width and being 30 feet on each side of the following described center llne except the South 28 feet thereof; beginning at the intersection of the s~veyed center line of West Washington Avenue with the s~veyed center line of Sycamore Street as it now exists South of Washington Avenue; thence North to the intersection of the Easterly extended South line of Lot l, Block B, of Swanner's Addition with the center line of Sycamore Street as sho~ on a map of Block B, of Swanner's A~dition recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 8, Pages 5 and 6, Records of Orange COunty. Al~o a strip of land 30 feet wide East of and adjacent to the North 176 feet of Sycamore Street as shown on said Map of Block B, of Swanner's Addition. Also a strip of land 60 feet in width and being 30 feet on each side of the following described center llne; beginning at a point on the Easterly extended North line of Lot 6 of said Block B, of Swanner's Addition 30 feet East of the Northeast co~ner of said Lot 6, thence North to a point in the South line of West Seventeenth Street which is 319.6 feet West of the center line of Main Street. That the property necessary to be taken for such opening and extension of that part of Sycamore Street describe above includes all those parcels of land situate in the City of Santa Ana, Co~ty of Orange,. State of California, and p~rt. icularly described as follows, to-wit: Parcel No. t. The South ~05 feet of the following dessbibed parcel of land; con~nencing at a point 289.6 feet West of the Northeast corner of Section Twelve (19), Township Five (8) South, Ra~e Ten (1©) ~est, S.B.B.&.M; thence South 930 feet; running thence West 5~.6 feet; thence North 230 feet; thence East 85.6 feet to the beginning. Parcel Ng. 2. The South 150 feet of the East 4.4 feet of the following described ~rcel of land; coz~enc[ng at a point 345.~ feet West of the Northeast corner of Section Twelve (lB), Township Five (5) South, Range Ten (lC) ~est, S.B.B.~..M.; running thence South 17~ feet; thence West 100 feet; thence North 175 feet; thence East lO0 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel No. 3. The East 4.4 feet of the follow- ing described parcel of land; c~m~encing at a point 632.3 feet West and 175 feet South of the Northeast corner of Section Twelve (12) Township Five (S) South, Range Ten (lC) West, S.B.B.~.M., running thence.South 8~ feet; thence East 287.26 feet; thence North 85 feet; thence West 287.26 feet to the point of beginning.
