That to defray the expenses of the acquisition hereinbefore set forth bonds w~ll be issued to the total amou~t of the same, said bon~s tobear interest at the rate of seven per cant per annum, payable semi-annu~lly~ and the aggregate principal of all bonds issued to be paid discharged within thirteen years after the date of issuance, approximately one-tenth part of said aggregate principal to be paid annually, all in gold coin, and that a special fund for the payment of said bonds will be constituted by the levy of special assessment taxes upon the lands within the assess- ment district~ according to the assessed value of said l~nds, exclusive of the i~provements thereon, and in the manner providad by the provlsi~a of said act. The first p~ym ent on the aggregate principal of the bonds issued will be made three ($) years after the issuance thereof. Section IV. That the l$~_h day of Augus t, 192V, at the hour of V:50 o'clock P. ~. of said day is the day and hour and the Council Chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa.Ana, in the City Hall in the City of Santa Ana, is the place flx~d by said Board when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed acquisition as hereinbefor~ set forth, to the extent of the assessment district, or to ~my.or all of the for~golng, may ~ppear befor, said Board of-Trustee~ and be heard. Section V. That the proceedings for said acquisiti~ and extension of North Sycamore Streat shall be had and taken under and in accordance with an act of the legislature of the State of Cai iforn!a known and designated as the "Accpisttion and Improvement Act of 19~5" approved Nay 2,~, i925, and amendments theneto, and said bonds shall also be issued in accordance with said act and amendments thereto. Section VI. That Clyde L. Jenken, City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, is hereby appo'nted Superintendent of %~ork without compensatla~, and he is hereby ordered to cause to be conspicuously posted in the manner provided in said ae~, notices of the adoption of this Resolution, entitled "Notice of Public Improvement", in letters of not less than one inch in length, in the form required by law. · Section VII. That the Clerk of this Board of Trustees shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall cause the same to ~e published by two insertions in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, Ca~ifomia,
