The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ann hereby or, er that that part of the costs and expenses of the improvements of the hero- inbefore described streets and rights of ~r~ay equal to and in the full sm, of ~2500.00~ but not exceeding the cost of the said irp~vement shall be paid of the Treasury of the City of Santa A-ns from 2he Santa Ann ~ain Line Sewer Bond Fund of said city.
