The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, Callfo~ia, pursuant to the mrovlsions of an act of the leglstatur, of the State of Csalifo?nis known as "Stre~:t Open~ng ~.ct of approved I~,[arch 6, 1889, and amendments thereto, do resolve declare as follows: Section 1. That the p~fl~lic intere:~t and co~enience requires the closing up an8 abandonment of that portion of Fruit Street as herelnsfter described in the City of S@nta ~na, and it is the intention of ~e Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha to order the fol~owi.ng portion of Fruit Str~.et in said City to be closed up an8 abandoned, to-wit: Be~sinnlng at the most Southerly corner of Block 52 of Santa Aha East according to a map thereof on file in M~scellaneo~m Records, Book 10~ Pages43 and 44, Records of Los Angeles Century, C~ ifo~ia~ thence Northeasterly along the South- easterly line of sai~ Block ~2 to the most Easterly corner thereof; thence Southeasterly in a straight line to the ~ost Northerly corner of Block 51 of sai~ Santa Aha East; t~ence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly l~ne of sai~ Block ~1 a distance of 29.~3 fe~t~ to a point; thence R'esterly in a straight line to inters+~ct the Southeasterly extended South- westerly line of Block 52 of said Santa Aha Ea~t at a point 21.11 feet Southeasterly From the poi~~ of beginning; thence Northwes~erly along said Southeast- erly exten~e~ Southwesterly line 21.11 feet to the point of beginning.
