RESOLUTION 0VERRU~ING PR0~ESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ABSESSI~ENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE sTREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. N9. !810 %~EREAS, the Board of Trustees, now known as the City Council,. of the City of Santa Aha, did on the 21st day of March, 192V, pass Resolution of IntentiOn No. 1740, for the improvement of portions of Third Street, Fourth Street and North Sycamore Street; and whereas, on the 6th day of August, 1927, the Superintendent of S~eet~s of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for work perfonme~ and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was appr~ ed by the Board of Trustees, now known as the City Council, of said .CitY'on the 2?th day of June, 1927. ~ A~d, WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given~e as red, red by law, in which notice August 29th, 1927, at hour of ~:~0 o'clock P.M. was fixed ~ the time, and the ~ham~er of the City Hall of said City as the place where and a~l persons interested in the said wc~k might be heard; and whereas, no person has filed with the Cit$ Council a written object- ion~o said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the time ~'~ hearing ~roteats or objections the City Council of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said prote~ts or object- ions to said assessment or the work done having been hear~, it is hereby RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa knm, that all of the said protests or objections againmt said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and the assessment be affirmed, and that.the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law~ and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets.
