RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br /> NO. 1~25 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY <br /> OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION <br /> TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A <br /> PORTION OF FRUIT STREET AND OTHER STREETS IN SAID <br /> CITY; E~ECLARING THE SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE <br /> OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY pUBZIC BENEFIT; <br /> DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED THEREBY AND <br /> TO BE ASSESSED TO FAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; <br /> DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT <br /> SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE <br /> FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVE¥~NT, <br /> OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE IISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, <br /> OR BOTH: <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 and the <br />Improvement Bond Act of 191S, and amendments to said acts, do <br />resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the public interest and'convenience <br />requires, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the <br />following described work and improvement in said city, to-wit: <br /> <br /> In, on and along the following described portions of <br />public streets all within said city, to-wit: <br /> <br /> ~a) Fruit Street from the center line of Garfield <br />Street to the easterly line of Poinsettia Street, and from the <br />Easterly line of the Southern Pacific Railway Company's right-of- <br />way to the center line of Grand Avenue. <br /> <br /> (b) Santiago Avenue from the westerly extended north <br />line of that portion of Fruit Street lying east of Santiago <br />Avenue, to the northeasterly extended northwesterly line of that <br />portion of Fruit Street lying southwesterly from Santiago ~venue. <br /> <br /> (c) Logan Street from the north line of Fruit Street <br />to a line ten (10) feet north of and parallel thereto. <br /> <br /> (d) Dincoln Avenue from the north line of Fruit Street <br />to a line ten (10) feet north of and parallel thereto. <br /> <br /> (e) The West one-half of Grand Avenue from the Easterly <br />extended north line of Fruit Street to a line ten (10) feet <br />north of and parallel thereto. <br /> <br /> .Excepting however from said work and improvement such <br /> of said streets as are already paved to the official <br /> <br />portions <br />grade. <br /> <br /> The work to be done and improvement to be made upon <br />and along the above described portions of said streets shsll be <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> The grading and paving of the above described streets <br />from curb line to curb line and where cross streets, avenues or <br />alleys intersect or terminate ~n the above described streets, the <br />grading and paving shall extend beyond the curb llnes and across <br />the sidewalk reservations to the extended property lines of the <br /> <br /> <br />
