and the specifications for Assessment District No. 139 are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1724 on the ?th day of February, 1927, by the Board of Truste of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. That said plans, profiles, cross-sections and spec- ifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of such proposed work and i~provement and by referenc are incorporated in this Resolution of Intention, the same as though set forth in full herein. CHANGE OF GRADE Section $: The grade to which the work shall be done and i~provement made ,~ntch is provided for in this Resolution shall be different'from the official grade, which has heretofore been formally established, and such different and new grade shall be that shown on the profiles therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4: The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum will be issued hereunder, in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Section 5: That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of said Board of Trustee of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the e~pense of said work and Improve~ent is made chargeable upon the District hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said District to be the District benefited by said work and i~provement and to be assessed to pay the cost and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as followm, to-wit: Located in the Cit$ of Santa Ana, Count'y of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the surveyed center line of Grand Avenue, 230 feet South of the surveyed center li~e of East ~ashington Avenue; thence Westerly and parallel to the surveyed center line of East Washington ~venue to an intersection with the surveyed center line of Lincoln Avenue; thence North along the surveyed center line of Lincoln Avenue to an intermection with the Easterly extended Southerly line of Lot 8, Block A of Hawkins Addition as per map thereof on file in ~iscellaneous Records, Boo~ 13, Page 26, Records of Los Ar~eles, County, California; thence Westerly on said last mentioned li~e to the Southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Lots 8, 5, 4 and i of safd ;S
