laying therein of Salt Glazed Vitrified Clay Sewer Pipe, consist- ins of Mains, Laterals, Manholes, Flush Tanks and appurtenances thereto, as shown on the plans; the excavation for and constructl, of a Reenforced Concrete Culvert aa shown on the plans; the furnishing, installation and construction of an Ornamental Light- ing System on South ~iain Street from First Street to Edinger Street, together with the necessary appurtenances to said lighting system, including the installation of one hundred ten (llO) double light standards of a type and kind known as the King Company's Twin Light Ferronite Standard, Design No. K-O171 complete, including foundations, anchor bolts, potheads, wiring, lamps, globes, canopies, conduits, cables and other necessary items to complete the lighting system, and the repairing of all curbs, sidewalk, pavement or other improvements cut or damaged during the construction; together with such other work or i~provement as shown on the plans or specifications which shall be considere& as incidental to the above described work and improvement. That for the installation of the hereinbefore ~escribed system a patented article will be used and a license agreement between the patent owner and the City of Santa Ana is now on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which s~d agree- ment ref~rence is hereby made and the same is made a part of this Resolution of Intention by reference as though set forth in full herein. PLANS, PROFILES, CR~ S-SECTI~ S AND SPEC IFtCATIO:;S Section 2. AI~. of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles, and cross-sections on file in the Office of the City Engineer and specifications for Assessment District No. 141 on file in the Office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1728 on the 28th day of February, 192~, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifi- cations for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, crossLsections and specifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed wor~ and improve- ment the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be ~ne, the kind of material to be used and type of co~structlon. Section 3. The grade to which the work shall be done and the i~.provement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa .&ne, California, that the grade shown on said plans and profiles is the official grade
