The Santa Ana Daily Evening Registex a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be pub- lished by two insertions in said newspaper, in the mauner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of ImProvement to owners, or reputed owners and he is not required to mail the same.
