RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> NO. 1752 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa ^ns, <br />on the 21st day of March, 1927, passed its Resolution of Intention <br />No. 1739 to order the herelnaft~r described work to be done and <br />improvement to be made in, on and along a portion of Freeman Avenue <br />in said City, which Resolution of Intention Ilo. 1739 w~s duly <br />and legally published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register <br />a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa <br />Ana, all as required by law, as spears from the affidavit of <br />Edna L. Herrlck, principal clerk of the printers and publishers <br />of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the <br />Office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, on the 24th day <br />of March, 1927; and <br /> <br /> V~EREAS, after the passage and adoption of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1739 the Street Superintendent of the <br />City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along th~ line of the con- <br />templated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred <br />(300) feet in distance apart, and 10 in all, notices of the passage <br />of said Resolution of Intention, headed, NOTICe: OF IMPROVEMENT, <br />in the manner, form and substance as required by law, and the work <br />being chargeable upon a district, also conspicuously posted copies <br />of said notice along all of the open streets within such district <br />at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, as <br />appears from the affidavit of Clyde L. Jenken, said Street <br />Su~erlntendent, who personally posted said notices of improvement; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />~na, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the <br />commenced to post <br /> <br />Street Superintendent of the City of Santa <br />said notices on the 29th day of March, 1927, <br /> <br />and fully completed the posting thereof on the 29th day of March, <br />1927, more than ten (10) days before the date set for hearing <br />protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all <br />as appears from the affidavit of Clyde L. Jenken, Street Super- <br />intendent of the City of Santa Ana, filed in the Office of the Cleft <br />of said City on the 29th day of Mar~, 1927, and now on file <br />therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana <br />was duly and regularly in session at the Council Chamber thereof <br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. on Monday, the 18th day of April, <br />1927, being the time, hour and place named in the Resolution of <br />Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all <br />persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement <br />may appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said <br />proposed work should not be carried out in accordance with said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1739; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented having <br /> <br /> <br />
