RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK NO. 1752 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa ^ns, on the 21st day of March, 1927, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1739 to order the herelnaft~r described work to be done and improvement to be made in, on and along a portion of Freeman Avenue in said City, which Resolution of Intention Ilo. 1739 w~s duly and legally published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, all as required by law, as spears from the affidavit of Edna L. Herrlck, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, on the 24th day of March, 1927; and V~EREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution of Intention No. 1739 the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along th~ line of the con- templated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 10 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed, NOTICe: OF IMPROVEMENT, in the manner, form and substance as required by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets within such district at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, as appears from the affidavit of Clyde L. Jenken, said Street Su~erlntendent, who personally posted said notices of improvement; and ~na, WHEREAS, the commenced to post Street Superintendent of the City of Santa said notices on the 29th day of March, 1927, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 29th day of March, 1927, more than ten (10) days before the date set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears from the affidavit of Clyde L. Jenken, Street Super- intendent of the City of Santa Ana, filed in the Office of the Cleft of said City on the 29th day of Mar~, 1927, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana was duly and regularly in session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. on Monday, the 18th day of April, 1927, being the time, hour and place named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed work should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 1739; and WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented having
