347 RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ALSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDER- I.i~G THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. No. 1755 V~EREAS, the Board o? Trustees of the City of Santa Ana did, on the 28th day of October, 1926, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1698, for the improvement of a portion of Wright Street; and whereas on the 9th day of April, 1927, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the c~tract made under pro- c~edings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 28th day of December, 1926. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice required by law in which notice ~ay 2nd, 1927, aS the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. ~. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber c~ the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas. no person aggrieved has filed with the Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as required by law; and where- as, at the time set for the hearirg of protests and objections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or-objections to said assessment of the work done having been heard; it is hereby RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or work 8one under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied, and the assessment be affirmed, and that the Street Su~rintendent be, and he is he~.eby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form md manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of the said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of May, 19L~, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride~ W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, Stanley E.
