RESOLUTION NO. 59-126 ACCEPTING rmm~.DS FROM ORANGE COUNTY <br />F~RS MUTUAL 'FII~E INSURANCE COMPANY, A CORPORATION, FIRST <br />~5~STERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, FORNERLY KNOWN AS FIRST NATION- <br />AL BANK IN SANTA ANA, AND RAY S. AGUINAGA AND DOMINCA AGUINAGA <br />WHERE CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION FOR ~ENOVAL OR ALTER- <br />ATION OF STRUCTURE BUT NOT FOR LAND <br /> <br /> ~ EREAS, <br /> <br /> a Corporation, has delivered to the CITY OF SANTA ANA a deed granting <br /> an easement for street purposes over the Westerly 12 feet of the prop- <br /> erty at the Northeast Corner of Main and Eleventh Streets for the <br /> widening of North Main Street, in consideration of payment through <br /> escrow of the sum of $40,000.00, the m~ount agreed as compansation <br /> for the cost of removal of the existing building from said right-of- <br /> way and the construction of a new building ~ace behind the new right- <br /> of way line; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FI!~T WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY~ formerly known <br /> as First National Bank in Santa Aha, has offered to the CITY OF SANTA <br /> ANA a deed granting an easement for street purposes over the Westerly <br /> 10 feet of property on the East side of Main Street 100 feet North of <br /> Eight~ Street for the widening of Main Street in consideration of <br /> payment of the sum of $3,000.00 as agreed compensation for the re- <br /> moval of all existing improvements from the la~ d covered by said deed <br /> and to cover the cost of remodeling the entry steps to the existing <br /> building; amd <br /> <br /> WEEREAS, RAY S. AGUINAGA and DOMINCA AGUINAGA, husband and <br /> wife, have presented to the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a deed conveying prop- <br /> erty for street right-of-way at the Northwest Corner of Eighth and <br /> <br /> Artesia Streets in consideration of the CITY paying all charges and <br />· expenses required to complete the proposed alteration on the ezist- <br /> <br /> Lug market building located at said Northwest Corner; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA3, in neither of said cases is the CITY paying any cash <br /> consideration to grantors for the granting of the street easement <br /> <br />0 ~R~_G_..E~_Q_QMNTY F~S MUi~JAL FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY, //.~? ~- <br /> <br /> <br />
