;31 2 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1924 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SET-BACK LINES UPON WASHINGTON AVENUE, 0~ BOTH SIDES OF SAID STREET, FROM Bq{OADWAY TO GRAND AVENUE; AND FIXING THE TItlE AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO THE ESTABLISH~NT OF SAID SE~BACK LINES. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 813 of the City of Santa Aha prescribing the method of ~ocedure for establishing set-back lines in the City of Santa Aha, do resolve as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and convenience requires, and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, to establish set-back lines upon ~he following street in the City of Santa Aha, between which and the respective street lines of said street it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation ~o erect any building or structure or to place any structure thereon, to-wit Washington Avenue, on both sides of said street, from Broadway to Grand Avenue, ten (10) feet outside of the present North and South lines respectively of said street. Section 2. Notice is hereby given that on the lath day of May, 1928, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of ~he City Hall of the said City of Santa Aha, any and all persons having any objections to the establishment of said set- back lines or either of ~hem, may appear before the city Counci and show cause why an ordinance shSuld not be passed and adopte ~tablishing set-back lines upon the above mentioned street, in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with ~he City Clerk of ~he City of ~anta Ana, before the hour herein set, a written protest against ~he establishment of said set-back lines designated herein, or any part thereof, and no other protests or objections will ce considered~ Section 3. The S~ta Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily n~aper published and circulated, and oi' general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, is hereby designated as t newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be pub- lished, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this nesolution of Intention to be published by one insertion in said ne L'spaper, which publication shall ce at least ten (lO) days before the ~ime of said hearing. Section 4. The Street Superintenden~of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, caus to be conspicUously p~sted in front of each block or part of block upon said street where said set-back lines are proposed
