RESOLUTION OF AWARD NO. lsd2 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did, i~ open session, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof, on the 2~rd day of January, 1928, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the following wor~, under Resolution of Intention No. 1858, in the City of Santa Aha, to-wit: That Franklin Street, from the North llne of Myrtle Street to the South line of First Street be graded and p~ved with asphaltic concrete pavement from curb line to curb line and where cross street intersect, the grading and paving shall extend beyond the curb lines to the extended property lines of said street; the grading and pav- ing with asphaltic concrete ~vement of all driveways shown on the plans to be paved for their entire width and from the Street side of the curb to the street side of the sidewalk, all as ~rticularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications her inafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Port. land Cement Concrete Sidewalks upon and along the above described street, where sidewalks do not now exist or where replacements are to be made, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Portland Cement Concrete Curbs upon and along the above described street, where curbs do not now exist or where replacements are to be made, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and spec- ification hereinafter mentioned. The excavation of trenches and the furnis~ng and laying herein of Salt Glazed Vitrified Clay Pipe House Connecting Sewers, laid to such depths and at such locations as shown on the plans and speclflca~ions hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Cla~s "B" Wlack Dipped Cast Iron Water Main, including fire hydrants, valves, concrete valve boxes, and all necessary appurtenances thereto, upon and along Franklin Street, from a point sixteen (18) feet South of the North line of Myrtle Street, to and connecting with the existing water main in First Street, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of cast iron house service connections, including all lead connections, corporation cocks, curb cocks, fittings, and ail necessary appurtenances thereto from th~ case iron water main to be inst~lled as hereinbefore described at right angles thereto and extending to a point one foot back of the curb, and at such locations and depths as are indicated on the plans and specific~tlons hereinafter mentioned.
