RESOLUTION OF AWARD <br /> NO. lsd2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did, i~ <br />open session, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof, on the 2~rd <br />day of January, 1928, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed <br />proposals or bids for doing the following wor~, under Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1858, in the City of Santa Aha, to-wit: <br /> <br /> That Franklin Street, from the North llne of Myrtle Street <br />to the South line of First Street be graded and p~ved with asphaltic <br />concrete pavement from curb line to curb line and where cross street <br />intersect, the grading and paving shall extend beyond the curb lines <br />to the extended property lines of said street; the grading and pav- <br />ing with asphaltic concrete ~vement of all driveways shown on the <br />plans to be paved for their entire width and from the Street side of <br />the curb to the street side of the sidewalk, all as ~rticularly <br />indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications her <br />inafter mentioned. <br /> <br /> The excavation for and construction of Port. land Cement <br />Concrete Sidewalks upon and along the above described street, where <br />sidewalks do not now exist or where replacements are to be made, all <br />as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications hereinafter mentioned. <br /> <br /> The excavation for and construction of Portland Cement <br />Concrete Curbs upon and along the above described street, where <br />curbs do not now exist or where replacements are to be made, all as <br />particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and spec- <br />ification hereinafter mentioned. <br /> <br /> The excavation of trenches and the furnis~ng and laying <br />herein of Salt Glazed Vitrified Clay Pipe House Connecting Sewers, <br />laid to such depths and at such locations as shown on the plans and <br />speclflca~ions hereinafter mentioned. <br /> <br /> The excavation for and construction of Cla~s "B" Wlack <br />Dipped Cast Iron Water Main, including fire hydrants, valves, <br />concrete valve boxes, and all necessary appurtenances thereto, upon <br />and along Franklin Street, from a point sixteen (18) feet South of <br />the North line of Myrtle Street, to and connecting with the existing <br />water main in First Street, all as particularly indicated on and in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. <br /> <br /> The excavation for and construction of cast iron house <br />service connections, including all lead connections, corporation <br />cocks, curb cocks, fittings, and ail necessary appurtenances thereto <br />from th~ case iron water main to be inst~lled as hereinbefore <br />described at right angles thereto and extending to a point one foot <br />back of the curb, and at such locations and depths as are indicated <br />on the plans and specific~tlons hereinafter mentioned. <br /> <br />The excavation for and construction of house service gas <br />cormections, including all necessary cocks, fittings, and appurtenal <br /> <br /> <br />
