RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK NO. 1900 WHERE.%, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, on the 20th day of February, 1928, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1890 to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improve- ment to be made in, on and along Seventh Street from the West line of Bristol Street to the East line of Artesia Street; which ~esolutton of Intention No. 1890 was duJ. y and legally published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, all as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of W. Lee Millis, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of said dally newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, on the 24th day of February, 1928; and WHERE.%, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution of Intention No. 1890 the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work an~ improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 20 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed, NOTICE OF I~,iPHOVEMENT, in the manner, form and substance as required by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets within su~h district at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, as apoears from the affidavit of C. L. Jenken,said Street Superintendent, who personally posted said notices of improvement; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, commenced to post said notices on the 29th day of February, 1928, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 29th day of February, 1928, more than ten ~lO) days before the date set for hearing prote~ts or objections to the proposed work and improvement all as appears from the affidavit of C.L.Jenken, Street Superintend~ of the City of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 29th day of February, 1928, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana was du~ and regularly in session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of ~:30 o'clock P.~. on ~onday, the 12th day of March, 1928, being the time, hour and place named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the City Council and show cause why said proposed work should not be carried out in accordance with said I{esolutlon of Intention No. 1890; and WHEREAS, all protest~ or objections presented having tt
