That all driveways upon the hereinbefore described portion of Pacific Avenue be graded and paved with asphaltic concrete pavement for their entire width, and from the Stree! side of the cumb to the street side of the sidewalk, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Portland Cement Concrete Curbs upon and along all of the hereinbef~e described portions of streets where curbs do not now exist or where replacements are to be made, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specificat- ions hereinafter mentioned. All of the hereinbefore described streets, together with the foregoing work and improvements are fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cross-sections end detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 153" and as set forth in th specifications known as "THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 153", which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk, and were adopted by Resoluti¢ No. 1911 on the 2nd day of April, 1928, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha as the plans, profiles, cross-section detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improve merit.
