RESOLUTION NO. 59-143 APPROVING MAP AND DECLARING IN- TENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED ALLEY RUNNING SOUTH FROM WASHINGTON AVENUE WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended, after hear- ing, that the alley herein referred to not be vacated, but the City Council, after study, has concluded that a portion of the same may be unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the map attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" is hereby approved and ordered filed with and as a part of this Resolution, in the office of the Clerk of the Council, and reference is hereby made to said map for particulars and exact details as to this proposed vacation, and the City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon a portion of the same lying in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Califor- nia, and described as: That portion of an unnamed alley being fifteen and one-half fee~ wide and lying South of the Southerly line of Lot 10, Block A in Hawkins Addition, said alley running South from Washington Avenue between Logan ~treet and Lincoln Avenue. HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the hour of 7:30 P.M. on the 6th day of July, 1959 in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and Main ~treets, Santa Ana, California, is the time and place fixed for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed va- cation of said unnamed alley. The City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with said public street vacation under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941 (Sections 8300 through 8374 of the Stree~ and Highways Code of the State of California); and The Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to publish this Resolution in the manner prescribed by law for the publication of Ordinances of the City, and the Director of Public Works is hereby ordered to post conspicuously along the line of said alley notices stating the passage of this Resolution of intention and the time
