RESOLUTION NO. 59-144 DECLARING INT~_~TION TO ESTABLISH SET- BACK LINES UNDER THE DESIGNATION OF "FJTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES" WHEREAS, the Planning Cormmission has recommended that set-back lines to be known as "~uture Right-of-Way Lines" hereinbelow de- scribed, be established; NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha declares its intention to 'establish such set-back lines under the designation of "Future Right-of-Way Lines" as follows: 1. Seventeenth Street~ from the.. Santa Ana River to the East Corporate Limits~ as follows: a. On both sides, 52 feet from center line between the Santa Aha River and College Avenue. b. On both sides, 50 feet from center line between College Avenue and the Santa Aha Freeway. c. On both sides, 52 feet from center line between the Santa Aha Freeway and the East Corporate Limits. Washington Avenue~ from Flower Street to Grand Avenue, as follows: a. On the North side, 30 feet from center line between Flower and Bush Streets. be On the North side, 35 feet from center line from Bush Street to the Santa Aha Freeway. On the South side, 40 feet from center line between Flower and Bush Streets. d. On the South side, 35 feet from center line between Bush Street and Grand Avenue. Flower Street~ from a point 200 feet North of the center line of Seventeenth Street to the center line of Pine Street, as follows: On both sides, 48 feet from center line between a point 200 feet North of the center line of Seventeenth Street and the center line of Seventeenth Street. be On both sides, 40 feet from center line between the center llne of Seventeenth Street and the center line of Pine Street.
