RESOLUTION NO. ~9-1h~ ACCEPTING INDENTURE FROM THE TAX <br />COLLECTOR 0F ORANGE COUNTY CONVEYING TAX TITLE TO FOUR LOTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the request of the City of Santa Ana, that the <br />properties hereinbelow referred to not be sold for taxes since the <br />same were needed by the City for street purposes, procedures were <br />established to sell said lots to the City of Santa Ana and have <br />now been completed; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts t~e Indentures presented by DON S.
