RESOLUTION NO. 59-150 AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING <br />OBLIGATIONS OF THE SANTA ANA GARDENS SANITARY DISTRICT <br />INCURRED BEFORE ANNEXATION OF SAID TERRITORY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of the territory included within the Santa <br /> Ana Gardens Sanitary District has been recently annexed to and <br /> is now a part of the City of Santa Ana, California, and by rea- <br /> son of said fact said District as a political subdivision has <br /> ceased to exist; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Orange County has turned <br /> over to said City, all of the operating funds of said District, <br /> to-wit, the sum of $7,234.16 and said County Auditor has audited <br /> the books of said District and shows that there are outstanding <br /> obligations and administrative expenses in the amount of $1,071.20 <br /> which are now due and which should now be paid; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the current obliga- <br /> tions of the Santa Ana Gardens Sanitary District, as follows <br /> <br /> Orange County Auditor $111.20 <br /> Tom Hef..fgrnan, Attorney, 4 meetings <br /> at SbO.O0 per meeting 240.00 <br /> Seth Harrelson, Secretary, 4 months <br /> at $30.00 per month 120.00 <br /> Alvin Sperling, Director, 8 meetings ~ $15.00 120.00 <br /> Alex Steinle, Director, 8 meetings ~ $15.00 120.00 <br /> Eston Brown, Director, 8 meetings @ $15.00 120.00 <br /> John Alfaro, Director, 8 meetings @ $15.00 120.00 <br /> Harold Patterson, Director, 8 meetings ~$15.00 120.00 <br /> <br />are hereby approved and ~mmediate payment of the same from said <br /> <br />operatio~ fund balance is hereby ordered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of June, 195~. <br />ATTEST:~. ~ ~~B ~~ <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
