Book 17, Page 32 <br /> <br />c: Arthu~j Famularo <br />18142 Blu~,~d~:.A~, Tustin <br /> <br /> C: Planning <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-155 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION <br />NO. 1121~ BY MODIFI~fNG THE REC0~ENDED CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on Variauce Application No. 1121, the <br />Planning Commission found that all the Justifications for the grant- <br />ing of said variance did exist, and reconnnended that the City Council <br />grant the same, on certain conditions, and the City Council finds <br />that condition (a) of said recommendation should be modified; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a variance is hereby <br /> <br />granted on Application No. ll21, to permit the establishment and <br /> <br />operation of a trailer park under the conditions set forth in Plan- <br /> <br />ning Commission Resolution No. 5142, except that said Planning <br /> <br />Commission recommendation designated (a) is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />That a concrete block wall or chain t. Dnk fence not less <br />than 5 feet high be erected along all property lines not <br />abutting a public street where no Eucalyptus trees are grow- <br />ing within l0 feet of said property line, and within six <br />months of the removal of any Eucalyptus trees resulting ~ <br />in not less than 200 feet of such property line being no <br />closer than l0 feet to any Eucalyptus tree trunk, that the <br />area or gap so created be filled with such a block wall or <br />chain link fence, and that a block wall of not less than <br />3 feet in height be constructed along all street lot lines, <br />except at entrances and exits to and from the property. <br /> <br />The property affected hereby is numbered 2740 West First <br />Street, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br />Ana at its regular meeting hold <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK 0F THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> City of Santa <br />on the 15~f J.u. ne, 19/59~ <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUT~NER, do hereby certify that I am ~he Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting <br />held on the 15th day of June, 1959, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed mud adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />A~ES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
